Reis oli omajagu eriline, sest reisisime ajal, mil kehtisid mitmed piirangud ja kinni olid nii meelelahutusasutused kui ka toidukohad ning keegi meist polnud p\u00e4ris kindel kui kergeks v\u00f5i raskeks Horvaatiasse reisimine kujuneb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Teekond algas 16.04 Tallinna lennujaamast lootuses, et j\u00f5uame kenasti l\u00e4bi Frankfurt am Maini kohale Zagrebi, kust laup\u00e4eva p\u00e4rastl\u00f5unal l\u00e4heb rong Spliti. Olles varustatud nii meditsiiniliste maskide, COVID-19 negatiivsete testitulemustega kui ka suure ootus\u00e4revusega Horvaatias valitsevate tingimuste osas. Olles l\u00e4binud k\u00f5ik kontrollid ja \u00f5igeaegselt vahetanud lennukeid, j\u00f5udsimegi 16.04 \u00f5htul Zagrebisse, kus veetsime \u00f6\u00f6 kesklinna hotellis enne pikka rongis\u00f5itu Spliti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Koolitus meie jaoks algaski rongis, kus kuulasime Zoomi vahendusel teiste osalejate enesetutvustusi ja infot nende koolide kohta. Meie p\u00f5nevuseks ilmnes, et me ei olnud ainukesed, kes said tulla kohapeale. Ka poolakad olid kohapeal olemas, sest olid s\u00f5itnud autoga mitusada kilomeetrit, et L\u00f5una-Poolast tulla Spliti. Nagu Zoomi koosolekutele iseloomulik on, siis ka seegi kohtumine ei m\u00f6\u00f6dunud viperusteta, seekord t\u00e4nu meie interneti\u00fchendusele kaunis aga m\u00e4gises Horvaatias. Kehv \u00fchendus k\u00fcll l\u00fckkas meie enesetutvustus j\u00e4rgmisele p\u00e4evale, ent saime nautida umbes viietunnist s\u00f5itu rongis ja tutvuda \u00fcksteisega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kuna mitmed osalejad olid oma osaluse kas t\u00fchistanud v\u00f5i tegid kursust kaasa distantsilt l\u00e4bi Zoomi, siis esialgse kolme erineva koolituse asemel, saime k\u00f5ik midagi \u00fcksteise koolitustest kuulda, n\u00e4ha ja katsetada. Samuti saime n\u00e4ha, kuidas koolitajad lahendavad h\u00fcbriid\u00f5ppe k\u00fcsimuse, mida nii mitmedki meist olid saanud juba kogeda sel \u00f5ppeaastal omaenese klassiruumis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5805\" src=\"https:\/\/www.peetri.edu.ee\/pohikool\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/unnamed-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Minu koolituseks oli siis klassiruumi haldamine, kus r\u00e4\u00e4giti, millised on olulisemad tingimused ja suhtumised, mida rakendada, et saada hea t\u00f6\u00f6suhe klassiga. Suureks osaks sellest on autentsus ehk j\u00e4\u00e4des iseendaks tuleb olla avatud suhtumisega ja v\u00f5tta ka iga \u00f5pilast kui isiksust. Oluline siin on mitte \u00fcritada kehastuda \u201eideaalseks \u00f5petajaks\u201c, vaid olla isikup\u00e4rane ja siiras oma tegevustes ning tagasisides \u00f5pilastele. Kenasti illustreerib neid ideid j\u00e4rgmine skeem, mida koolitaja meiega jagas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5807\" src=\"https:\/\/www.peetri.edu.ee\/pohikool\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Headele suhtlemisoskustele lisaks on v\u00e4ga oluline oma tegevuse anal\u00fc\u00fcsimine, et kindlaks teha juhendite arusaadavus ja klassiruumi korralduse efektiivsus. Siin aitab iseenda k\u00fcsitlemine, kas klassiruumis k\u00f5ik on kaasatud tegevusse ja miks see nii on? Osates anal\u00fc\u00fcsida iseenda k\u00e4itumist \u00f5petajana, saame teada, miks klassiruum t\u00f6\u00f6tab nii nagu ta seda teeb ja mis tunne v\u00f5iks olla \u00f5ppijal meie tunnis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selleks, et \u00f5ppijal oleks kindlustunne tunnis olles, on koolitaja s\u00f5nul olulisim luua positiivne atmosf\u00e4\u00e4r ja rutiin, et \u00f5pilased teaksid, mida tunnist oodata ning teaksid, et reeglite j\u00e4rgimine on positiivse tagaj\u00e4rjega (kiitus!). Muidugi peavad olema reeglid \u00fchesed ja \u00f5pilastele teada, et \u00f5pilased saaksid neist kinni pidada ja osata oodata \u00f5petaja k\u00e4itumist. Positiivne suhtumine ja \u00f5petaja j\u00e4rjekindlus ning rahulik suhtumine on turvalise \u00f5pikeskkonna loomisel suurima t\u00e4htsusega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selle soovitusega l\u00e4heb kenasti kokku ka m\u00f5iste &#8220;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;. See v\u00f5iks siis olla teadlikkus endast ja teistest ning selline eluviis v\u00e4hendab stressi meis endis kui ka meie \u00f5pilastes. Tuleb olla t\u00e4ielikult momendis ja keskenduda, et selle abil:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">suurendada oma keskendumist ja v\u00e4hendada automisme;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">paremini kontrollida oma m\u00f5tteid, emotsioone ja k\u00e4itumist;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">rohkem nautida antud hetke;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt paremas vormis olla (madalam verer\u00f5hk, immuunsuss\u00fcsteemi tugevnemine);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">parandada oma neuroloogilisi n\u00e4itajaid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">H\u00e4sti illustreerib teadlikolemise p\u00f5him\u00f5tet Montagne`i tsitaat: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201e<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When I dance, I dance; when I sleep, I sleep; yes, and when I walk alone in a beautiful orchard, if my thoughts drift to far-off matters for some part of the time for some other part I lead them back again to the walk, the orchard, to the sweetness of this solitude, to myself.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hea klassiruumi organiseerimine vajab l\u00e4bim\u00f5tlemist ja eneseanal\u00fc\u00fcsi, ent on h\u00e4sti teostatav kui olemas on kriteeriumid klassiruumile.
